How do your consultations work?
All consultations are held online via Zoom. Or in London. We’ll begin with a deep dive into your symptoms, history, and lifestyle. From there, I create a personalised plan that includes nutrition, supplements, and functional testing where needed.
Can I book a single consultation?
Yes. You’re welcome to book just one consultation. Many clients choose a follow-up session for ongoing support, but there’s no obligation to commit to a package.
Can I order a DUTCH test or other lab tests through you?
Yes. I offer access to the DUTCH hormone test, GI MAP, and other functional lab testing. I’ll guide you through which test is right for you and provide interpretation and next steps.
I’m a health coach—can I order tests through you?
Yes, you can. I work with practitioners as well as individual clients, so if you’re a health coach, I can help you order functional tests (including the DUTCH test) and provide professional interpretation. This allows you to better support your own clients with accurate, in-depth insights.
I already have DUTCH results. Can you help me understand them?
I offer standalone DUTCH test interpretation for both clients and practitioners. You’ll receive clear insights and recommendations, either through a Zoom call or a written report.
Can I pay for the DUTCH test in installments?
Yes, absolutely. Regenerus Lab, the provider I work with, makes it easier by offering the option to spread the cost into 3 instalments through Klarna. This way you can get your test done without the stress of paying all at once.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time and preparation involved in each consultation, I’m unable to offer refunds. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes, my consultations are all held online via Zoom, so I can work with clients anywhere in the world. For functional lab testing, it depends on the test and the country you live in. Many of the labs I work with, are able to ship test kits internationally. In most cases, you can complete the sample collection at home and then return it to the lab using the courier service provided.
