Each test has its own collection requirements, but in most cases both can be completed during the same cycle.
Collect the dried urine samples 5–7 days after ovulation (typically days 19–22 of a 28-day cycle). If you’re postmenopausal, collect on any day. DUTCH Plus also includes five saliva samples collected during the first hour after waking to measure the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR). See the DUTCH Plus page for full collection instructions.
