1:1 Consultations
Understand
what’s driving your symptoms.
Most women come to me after years of searching for answers. There’s usually a reason they still don’t feel like themselves.

- Online or in person (Central London)
- Comprehensive Health Questionnaire and Metabolic Assessment completed before your consultation
- Personalised written report with nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations
- Functional testing recommendations where appropriate

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before booking. Some women already know they want a DUTCH test, while others just know they don’t feel like themselves. The best place to start depends on your symptoms, your goals and where you are in your health journey.

Functional testing
Testing Available Where Appropriate
I only recommend testing where it’s appropriate. Every recommendation is based on your symptoms, health history and what we need to know to guide your treatment plan. Most tests can be completed at home and posted directly to the laboratory.
Hormones
Measures sex hormones, cortisol patterns, adrenal function and oestrogen metabolism in a single test. I’ve been interpreting DUTCH hormone test results since 2017.
Gut health
Comprehensive stool DNA testing to assess the gut microbiome, pathogens, parasites and markers of gut inflammation.
Gut health
Identifies bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine, a common cause of bloating, IBS symptoms and poor nutrient absorption.
Thyroid
Includes Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3 and thyroid antibodies, providing a more comprehensive assessment than TSH alone.
Food intolerance
Identifies potential reactions to foods and food chemicals that may contribute to digestive symptoms, headaches, skin issues, fatigue and inflammation. Useful when symptoms suggest food triggers, but it’s unclear which foods may be involved.
Blood testing
Comprehensive blood testing, including hormone panels, PCOS, fertility, iron studies, thyroid function, vitamin D, HbA1c and more. I’ll review any existing results and only recommend further testing where appropriate.
Genetics
Identifies gene variants related to hormone metabolism, methylation, detoxification and nutrient requirements. I often combine DNA testing with the DUTCH Hormone Test for a more complete assessment.
Metabolic
Assesses energy production, oxidative stress, neurotransmitters, yeast overgrowth and nutrient status. Includes markers related to B-vitamin function and mitochondrial health. Particularly useful for fatigue, brain fog and complex, long-standing health concerns.
Areas I work with
Your symptoms are connected.
Hormone health is influenced by many factors. Your thyroid, gut health, nutrition, stress, lifestyle and sleep all play a role. Rather than looking at one symptom or test result in isolation, I look at how they fit together.
I’ve worked with women at every stage, including post-pill recovery, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, fertility challenges, thyroid dysfunction, digestive issues, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Together, we’ll identify what may be be contributing to your symptoms and create a personalised plan.

Before your session
You’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire and metabolic assessment form. I review everything before we meet, so we can make the most of our consultation.
Your consultation
We go through your full case — symptoms, history, any labs you already have. I ask the questions most practitioners don’t. No rushed conclusions.
Testing guidance
Where appropriate, I’ll recommend functional testing, including DUTCH hormone testing, GI-MAP, thyroid panels, SIBO breath testing and food intolerance testing.
Your written plan
You’ll receive a personalised written report with clear nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, prioritised for your needs.
Follow-up support
We review your progress, test results, and refine your protocol as you go. Complex cases need time. That’s what the follow-up sessions are for.
Free discovery call
Ready to take the next step?
Book a free 15-minute discovery call. We’ll discuss your main concerns, whether functional medicine is the right approach, and which consultation or testing option is most appropriate for you. There’s no obligation to book.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time, so this call also helps me make sure I’m the right practitioner for you and that I can give your case the attention it needs.
Questions
Before you book
Do I need to have test results before booking?
No. Many women come to me without any functional test results. We can start with your symptoms and health history, and I’ll recommend any testing that may be useful. If you already have results, bring them along and I’ll review them as part of your consultation.
Are consultations online or in person?
Both. Most clients work with me online via zoom video call, which works well wherever you are. I also see clients in person in Central London. Before your appointment, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can review your case in advance and make the most of our time together.
Will I receive a personalised plan after my consultation?
Yes. Following your consultation, you’ll receive a written report with personalised recommendations based on your symptoms, health history, test results (if applicable), and goals. This may include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and guidance on any further testing worth considering.
Which tests do you use and how do I order them?
I work with DUTCH hormone testing, GI-MAP, SIBO breath testing, KBMO food intolerance testing, comprehensive thyroid panels, and specialist blood testing. Most tests are completed at home and posted directly to the lab. I’ll recommend only what’s relevant for your symptoms and guide you through the process. I don’t recommend testing unless there’s a clear clinical reason for it.
Can I book a follow-up without doing an initial consultation with you first?
Usually not. Follow-up sessions are intended for existing clients so we can review progress, discuss test results, and adjust your plan as needed. If you’re new to working with me, an initial consultation is usually the best place to start. If you’d like a second opinion on DUTCH results completed elsewhere, a DUTCH interpretation service may be more appropriate.
Is split payment available?
Yes. Split payment is available for the Initial Consultation + 2 Follow Ups package. Please contact me before booking to discuss the options available.
Do you write GP letters?
Yes, where appropriate. I can provide a letter to your GP summarising your case, relevant test findings, and recommendations following your consultation.
