Before preparing your report, I review your test results alongside the short metabolic questionnaire and symptom information you provide. This helps me put the findings into context rather than interpreting the results in isolation.

You’ll receive a PDF written report explaining the main findings, how they may relate to your symptoms, and the key areas to focus on. Recommendations may include diet, lifestyle, supplements where appropriate, and suggestions for any further testing if needed.

No call is included.

For more complex cases, I generally recommend a Full Consultation (£275), as this allows me to take a more detailed health history, ask follow up questions, and provide recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances.

The Results Zoom Call (£175) is a 40 minute consultation focused on your test results. Before the call, you’ll complete a short metabolic questionnaire so I can review your symptoms alongside your results. We’ll discuss what the findings may mean, the key patterns identified, and the most important next steps. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions.

The Full Consultation (£275) is a 75 minute consultation that goes much deeper. In addition to reviewing your test results, I take a detailed health history, explore your timeline, symptoms, medications, supplements, diet, lifestyle and previous interventions. This additional context often changes how results are interpreted and allows me to provide more individualised recommendations.

Both options provide significantly more context and support than a written report alone.

Yes. You can book interpretation at any stage, either before or after your results arrive.

Many clients choose to order their interpretation when purchasing their test, and we simply schedule the report or appointment once the results are available.

Yes. Most tests are available across the UK, Ireland, Europe and many international destinations.

Your kit is delivered directly to you, allowing you to collect your sample at home and return it to the laboratory using the prepaid packaging provided.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, the laboratory and the test selected. UK shipping is typically around £9 -11, while international shipping is generally higher.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm availability and provide an accurate shipping cost for your country.

It depends on your symptoms and health goals.

If your main concerns are hormonal, such as irregular cycles, PMS, perimenopause, fatigue, low mood, poor sleep, acne or hair loss, DUTCH Complete or DUTCH Plus are usually the best place to start.

If gut symptoms are your main concern, including bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea or food reactions, GI-MAP is often the most appropriate first test.

If you’re experiencing both hormone and gut related symptoms, one of the test bundles may provide a more complete picture.

Yes. If you’ve completed a DUTCH Test, GI-MAP, SIBO, food sensitivity test or another functional health test through a different practitioner or directly with the laboratory, I can usually interpret your existing results.

You can choose a Written Report, Results Zoom Call or Full Consultation. Simply send your results when booking, and I’ll review them alongside your symptoms and relevant health information.

Yes. Klarna Pay in 3 is available for DUTCH tests supplied through Regenerus Laboratories, including DUTCH Complete and DUTCH Plus.

This allows you to split the cost into three interest free instalments at no additional cost. Simply select Klarna when completing your payment through the laboratory’s secure payment portal.
