These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to services and digital products purchased from Iwona Meyer (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this website or purchasing a service or product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
We provide Functional Medicine and Nutritional Therapy services, including consultations, functional laboratory tests and test interpretation, and personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
Our services are intended to support your health and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.
You should consult your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, diagnoses, medications or treatment.
2. Consultations and Services
Consultations, follow-ups, packages and test interpretation services can be purchased through our website.
The scope and price of each service are shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time.
Individual responses to nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Functional Laboratory Tests
Functional laboratory tests can be requested through our website by completing the relevant test order form.
When you submit a test order form, we use the information you provide to arrange the test with the relevant laboratory, which may include Regenerus Laboratories or Nordic Laboratories.
The laboratory will send you a payment link and you pay the laboratory directly for the test. The laboratory test itself is therefore not purchased from Iwona Meyer through this website.
Test kit delivery, sample requirements, laboratory processing and other laboratory services are subject to the relevant laboratory’s terms and conditions.
You are responsible for following the collection and return instructions supplied with your test kit. Failure to follow the instructions may result in the laboratory being unable to process your sample or requiring another sample or replacement kit.
Laboratory processing times are estimates and may vary.
4. Test Results and Interpretation
Laboratory results should be considered in the context of your health history, symptoms and other relevant information. Functional laboratory tests do not by themselves provide a medical diagnosis.
Where test interpretation or a consultation is not included with your test, this can be purchased separately through our website.
Test interpretations and consultations are intended to help you understand your results and consider appropriate nutrition, lifestyle and supplement strategies. They do not replace medical advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
5. Functional Test Cancellations and Refunds
Payment for functional laboratory tests is made directly to the relevant laboratory. Any cancellation or refund relating to the laboratory test is therefore subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the laboratory through which your test was ordered.
For tests ordered through Regenerus Laboratories, a refund may be available provided laboratory analysis has not started. Depending on when the test is cancelled, deductions for postage, packaging, return costs or other applicable charges may apply.
For tests ordered through Nordic Laboratories, cancellation may be available provided your sample has not been submitted to the laboratory. Depending on when the test is cancelled, shipping, administration or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund.
Once laboratory analysis has started, or a sample has been submitted where applicable, a refund may no longer be available.
If you wish to cancel a functional laboratory test, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise you on the appropriate process. The laboratory’s terms and conditions in force at the time of your order will determine your eligibility for a refund and the amount of any refund.
6. Payments
Payment for consultations, follow-ups, packages, test interpretations, digital products and other services purchased through our website is made at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.
Payment for functional laboratory tests is made directly to the relevant laboratory, as explained above.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling of Consultations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, or the appointment may be rescheduled without charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we may allow an appointment to be rescheduled at our discretion.
Where a consultation forms part of a package, the cancellation policy applies to each individual appointment within the package.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or, where appropriate, a refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Digital Products
We may offer downloadable guides, educational materials or other digital products through our website.
Digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, shared, distributed, republished or uploaded to another website or platform without prior written permission.
Because our digital products are made available for immediate download, they are non-refundable once the download has begun. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins. Your statutory rights are not otherwise affected.
Digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute personalised medical or nutritional advice.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content on this website, including text, copy, articles, graphics, photographs, educational materials, reports, guides, downloads and other original content, is the intellectual property of Iwona Meyer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
