Questions about ordering & interpretation
How does ordering work — do I get the kit from you?
What's included in the written report (£95)?
You’ll receive a personalised written report explaining the main findings, how they may relate to your symptoms, and the key areas to focus on. Recommendations may include nutrition, lifestyle and supplements where appropriate.
No call is included.
For more complex cases, I generally recommend a Full Consultation (£275), as this allows me to take a more detailed health history, ask follow up questions and provide recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances.
How is the Results Zoom Call different from a Full Consultation?
The Full Consultation (£275) is a 75 minute Zoom consultation that goes much deeper. In addition to reviewing your test results, I take a detailed health history, explore your timeline, symptoms, medications, supplements and previous interventions. This additional context often changes how results are interpreted and allows for a much more personalised plan.
Both options provide significantly more context and support than a written report alone.
Can I add interpretation after I receive my results?
Some clients book interpretation when ordering their test, and we schedule the appointment once the results are available.
The interpretation options and pricing remain the same.
Do the tests ship outside the UK?
Your kit is delivered directly to you, allowing you to collect your sample at home and return it to the laboratory using the prepaid packaging provided.
Shipping within the UK is typically around £10. International shipping is usually £20 or more, depending on the destination and test selected.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability and shipping costs for your country.
Which test is right for me?
It depends on your symptoms and health goals.
If your main concerns are hormonal — such as irregular cycles, PMS, perimenopause, fatigue, low mood, poor sleep, acne or hair loss — DUTCH Complete or DUTCH Plus are usually the best starting point.
If gut symptoms are central, including bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea or food reactions, the GI-MAP is often the first test to consider.
If you are dealing with both hormone and gut related symptoms, a test bundle may provide a more complete picture.

I already have results from a test I ordered elsewhere — can you still interpret them?
You can choose a written report, Results Call or Full Consultation. Simply send your results when booking and I will review them alongside your symptoms and health history information.
Can I pay in instalments?
This allows you to split the cost into three interest free instalments at no additional cost. Simply select Klarna when completing your payment through the laboratory’s secure payment portal.
Klarna is not currently available on Nordic Laboratories, GI-MAP, SIBO, KBMO or test bundle orders.
